TWO WAYS TO START

Your product. Your starting point.

Choose an existing model or bring a drawing, sample or idea. We will review the right route with you.

01 / CUSTOMIZE AN EXISTING MODEL

A faster route to your branded range.

Start with a cup or accessory, then review color, logo, decoration and packaging for your order.

INSIDE THE PLANT

Tooling, moulding and inspection in one building.

Silicone and plastic processing by Shenzhen BYF Precision Mould Co., Ltd. The mould shop, the injection floor and final inspection sit in the same plant, so a change is a conversation across the yard — not a shipment.

03STEP 03 · HOW LONG

HOW LONG IT ACTUALLY TAKES

Four clocks, not one.

A single lead-time number hides where the wait sits. Here are the four stages separately, so your arrival date is built from parts you can check.

  • Approved silicone sample ready to sign off
01Sampling5–7 daysA full custom sample: colour matching, a structure change or a multi-piece set. A logo-only sample on an existing model can be ready the next day.
  • Mould with calipers and first-off parts
02New tooling30–40 daysEnd to end, from cutting steel to your approval on the first sample. Machining one version of the mould is about 3–4 weeks of that; the rest is scheduling and trial shots.
  • Printed drinkware on the factory conveyor
03Production25–30 daysA standard run after the sample is signed. Colour matching, special inks, multi-part sets and a first batch off a brand-new mould all add time on top.
  • Cartons sealed and staged for shipment

04Transit7–10 daysDoor to door, counted from the day the goods leave us. Production is not included in this number.

Stack the stages you actually need. A repeat order on an existing model is production plus transit. A new product is tooling, then production, then transit.

04STEP 04 · WHERE IT CAN STOP

Quality inspector checking a custom plastic wine glass
04Final Quality Inspection

QUALITY CONTROL

Four points where a batch can be stopped.

  1. Incoming materialResin and silicone checked against the grade named on the spec sheet before it reaches a machine.
  2. First-off sampleThe first parts off the mould are measured against the approved sample. Nothing runs on until they match.
  3. In-processWall thickness, colour and print position are checked through the run, not only at the end.
  4. Final inspectionAppearance and packing checked against the acceptance points agreed on your order.

WHERE THEY GO

Buyers know the event. Not always the model.

Start from the occasion, then check the models that suit it. Each page lists eight models with a reason.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Start with what you know.

Can I start with 10 pieces?

Small-batch customization starts from 10 pieces on eligible configurations. Share the model, number of designs and packaging requirements; custom tooling and special specifications are reviewed separately.

Does one-day sampling apply to a new mold?

Sampling can be as fast as one day for eligible projects. New molds, new structures and complex decoration require a separate assessment. Confirm sample type, artwork approval and timing in the quote.

What does 7–10 day door-to-door delivery include?

The 7–10 days is transit only, counted from the day your goods are packed and handed to the carrier. Production is not included: a standard run takes 25–30 days ex-works, and new tooling takes 30–40 days end to end. Plan production and shipping as two separate blocks when you set a launch date.

Can I enquire without a model or drawing?

Yes. Describe the intended use, approximate quantity and required arrival date. You can add a reference image or artwork on the existing enquiry form.

LET’S BUILD YOUR NEXT PRODUCT

Have a model, a drawing—or just an idea?

Send your quantity, artwork, destination and arrival date. Start with the details you have; add files in the project enquiry.

No model selected? Describe your project in the requirements field.

Illustrative visuals are clearly labeled. Product details, samples and project terms are approved for your order.
