BUYER QUESTIONS

LED customization, explained.

What can I customize on LED drinkware?

Start with the product model, logo, body colour and packaging. Lighting colours, modes, activation and power options depend on the selected module and housing. New tooling or electronics changes are reviewed separately.

Do all LED cups have the same light effects or batteries?

No. Review the actual model and sample. Button, pressure or liquid activation, colour-changing effects, battery access and charging arrangements are model-specific.

Can I add a logo to light-up cups, ice buckets and coasters?

Share the model and vector artwork. Confirm substrate compatibility, print area and readability with the light switched on and off before approving the decoration sample.

What are the MOQ and production lead time?

They depend on the model, artwork, lighting configuration, packaging and development scope. Send estimated quantities and the required arrival date for a project quotation. Stock purchase minimums are not custom-logo minimums.

Are LED drinkware products waterproof or dishwasher safe?

Do not assume either property. Follow the care instructions for the selected model, keep electrical components away from moisture as instructed, and request relevant test information for any special requirement.

Is glow-in-the-dark or UV-reactive drinkware the same as LED drinkware?

No. LED products use an electrical light source. UV-reactive and glow-in-the-dark materials work differently; they are not included in this LED model selection unless the product also has an LED module.

What should I send for an LED product quotation?

Send model numbers or reference images, estimated quantities, intended use, logo artwork, desired lighting, power preference, packaging and destination. Identify any required tests or documents so the quotation can define their scope.
