MATERIAL & PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

Start with the material and geometry. Turn appearance, dimensions, feel and intended handling into defined inspection points. Methods, tolerances, sampling and acceptance criteria are agreed for the order.

Silicone moulding & structure
For silicone cups, collapsible cups, coasters and flexible components.
- Review the compound, colour and agreed hardness; define the measurement method and range for the project.
- Check parting-line flash, short fills, bubbles, inclusions and demoulding tears against the agreed visual standard.
- Review critical dimensions and contact edges. For flexible or collapsible designs, agree the folding, opening and recovery checks.

Plastic injection & appearance
For the selected PP, AS, ABS, Tritan or other specified resin and model.
- Confirm resin and colour; review clear parts for dark specks, haze, flow marks and scratches.
- Assess gate remnants, weld lines, sink marks and warpage in relation to the tool; focus on rim burrs and base stability.
- Compare rim, wall and interface dimensions with the drawing or approved sample. Capacity, lid and straw fit are model-specific.
Decoration follows the substrate
Review artwork revision, position, registration and coverage. Flexible silicone and rigid plastics need material-specific adhesion criteria. Agree rub, adhesion and flex-check methods and conditions during sampling.
Assembly & packing follow the configuration
Review lid, seal, thread or snap-fit engagement and gaps. Specify leak, opening or functional checks only where relevant to the model, then confirm accessories, set contents, carton count and transit protection.
Define the inspection basis first: model and material, drawing revision, approved sample, critical dimensions, defect criteria and sampling plan. Food-contact, temperature and cleaning requirements need market- and model-specific documentation or testing arrangements.

Payment
- T/T is standard for bulk. 30% deposit with the order, 70% against the B/L copy before the documents are released.
- Bank charges run about USD 15–35 per transfer and sit with the buyer.
- PayPal is accepted for samples and small trial orders. Not recommended for bulk — the fee is high on both sides.
Price basis and shipping
- FOB Shenzhen. We quote the goods only; freight is not in the price.
- You have a forwarder: we deliver to their warehouse and they take it from there.
- You do not have one: we introduce a forwarder we work with regularly. Price and contract stay between you and them.
