Every claim on this site should trace back to a document. These are the files we actually hold — management system certificates, two granted patents on detachable drinkware, test reports on finished cups, and material reports from the resin suppliers we buy from. Each entry names the holder and the number, so you can check it yourself.
Files are grouped by holder. Hongrun New Material Technology is our affiliated production plant for moulded and blow-moulded drinkware; material reports are issued to the resin supplier, not to us. When you ask for a file against an order, we send only the one whose scope covers your model.

These two were submitted on finished drinkware — plastic champagne flutes and plastic wine glasses — which is the level a buyer usually needs when a market asks for food-contact evidence. A resin report alone does not answer that question.

04 / MATERIAL-LEVEL REPORTS
Material reports belong to the resin maker. They tell you which grade was tested and against what rule — useful when you are writing a specification, but not a substitute for testing the cup you receive.
Issued to the material supplier named on each report, not to us. Grade references are kept exactly as printed.

05 / PRODUCTION PROCESS
This is the sequence an order actually follows. Which moulding step applies depends on the product: injection for rigid parts and stems, blow moulding for thin-wall cups, compression moulding for silicone. No temperature, cycle time or inspection threshold is published here — those are agreed per project.
Work from your artwork or a reference sample. A 3D file is issued and signed off before anything is cut.
CNC-cut mould, then trial shots. Dimensions and appearance are checked on the trial part, not on a promise.
Resin grade or silicone compound is fixed, and colour is matched to an approved chip or Pantone reference.
Injection for rigid parts, blow moulding for thin-wall cups, compression moulding for silicone. Process parameters are locked per mould.
Gates and flash are removed and the rim and joint faces are dressed so parts assemble without force.
Screen print, pad print, heat transfer, water transfer, laser or colour-change ink — chosen per design, not per convenience.
Silicone parts get a second high-temperature cure to stabilise the compound and drive off residual odour.
Appearance, key dimensions, seal and assembly fit are checked against the approved sample before packing.
Cartons are labelled to your specification and photographed before the container is sealed.

Yes. Tell us the model and the market you are selling into, and we send the PDF that actually covers it. What we will not do is send a report for a different grade and call it close enough.
The management system certificates and the patents are held by Hongrun New Material Technology, our affiliated production plant. The material reports are issued to the resin suppliers. Every file is labelled by holder on this page, so nothing is implied.
No. The patent protects the structure. Your right to sell a particular design comes from the agreement we sign. Tell us the market and we will say what applies before you commit to a quantity.
Third-party testing can be arranged against the standard your market requires. Scope, sample and cost are agreed before it starts, and the report is issued to you or to us as you prefer.
